Delivery Cut-Off Times
To guarantee same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM Monday to Saturday. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for next day delivery. Please note there are no standard deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays, except for special events such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day (please check our website for seasonal exceptions).

Our transparent pricing ensures you always know what to expect. Standard delivery within Acton and the immediate surrounding areas is £6.00 per address. For areas just beyond Acton but within our delivery radius, delivery starts from £8.00, with the specific fee confirmed at checkout depending on the postcode.

What Happens If the Recipient Isn’t Home?
Our delivery drivers take great care to ensure your flowers reach their recipient in perfect condition. If, on arrival, no one is available to accept the delivery, we follow these steps:
- Safe Place: If safe and appropriate, we will leave the flowers in a secure location at the property, such as a porch or with a neighbour, leaving a calling card to inform the recipient.
- No Safe Place: If there is no suitable place to leave the flowers, they will be returned to our shop, and we will arrange re-delivery at the earliest opportunity (an additional delivery fee may apply).
- Contact: We always prioritise the safety and freshness of your flowers, and will notify you of any delivery issues as soon as possible.
